Nature Photography nterests: Anything to do with Nature; Birds, Animals, insects, reptiles, plants and anything else you can think of!

I love watching and photographing all the worlds Flora and Fauna, sadly some of the 'worlds' creatures may have to be in captivity and not wild and free!

Special and rare breeds photographed: Rare breeds unfortunately often in collections but if they were not there I would not have seen them either!

I try to take images of the animal without bars or other distractions in the shot, so they could be imagined as in the Wild and Free!

Landscape Photographer
Landscape places that I have enjoyed photographing: Landscapes of the world on our many trips and cruises, e.g. Norway, Panama, Alaska, India, Africa, Europe, USA

I am inspired by: The beauty of Mother Nature, her colours, patterns, life, death and rebirth.

Avian
Avian breeds photographed: Raptors and owls of all types Peacocks, parrots , ducks, geese, in fact any bird I can get close enough and get good exposure and posture

Mammals photographed: Any and all I can
Reptiles breeds photographed: British and Foreign reptiles in all locations

Aquatic breeds photographed: Amphibians and anything else close enough to my lens

I have had work published in: BBC wildlife magazine

Arkive (Sir David Attenborough Wildscreen Patron said "A vast treasury of wildlife images has been steadily accumulating over the past century, yet no one has known its full extent - or indeed its gaps - and no one has had a comprehensive way of gaining access to it. ARKive will put that right, and it will be an invaluable tool for all concerned with the well-being of the natural world.)

How would you best describe your personal style: I try to capture the object of my image in a different way as well as conventional straight shots, getting detail of paws, claws, talons, ears, tongues, eyes, leaf and stem patterns etc. as will as whole body shots
